Try to control others, and what they do, by any means available, including shaming and shunning, those are really effective.
Don’t ask questions, and by all means don’t say anything that is unpopular, or goes against the narrative of those in control!
Do what you’ve always done, when new inspirations come, ignore them... look someone just commented on your instagram, facebook or twitter, pay attention to that instead.
Compare yourself to others, that should keep you quite busy.
Look outside of yourself for meaning and answers, never look inward.
Eat whatever you want, as much as you want. It’s OK! You’re body positive!!
Don’t sleep or ever take naps, just have an energy drink or coffee and keep going.
Don’t exercise, and by all means never, ever do yoga!!
Stay in bad relationships out of obligation, convenience or fear of the unknown.
Do work that you hate.
Hold your feelings in and never express how you truly feel.
Do what everyone else is doing, even if deep down it doesn’t feel right.
When you hurt another or something bad happens, pretend like it didn’t happen and just keep moving.
Blame others for your life circumstances.
Don’t follow your passion, people might laugh at you or worse yet, you could fail!
Don’t face your grief, sadness or fear, just numb out, here take this pill, eat this candy, look at your phone, binge a show, have a drink or a smoke. You’ll be feeling better in no time.
Never take risks or push boundaries.
Always judge others so you can feel better about yourself.
Source your happiness from the outside world, never look within.
Only notice what is wrong in the world and dwell on that to the exclusion of all else, in fact, talk about it as much as you can to anyone who will listen.
Never change, just keep doing the same thing over and over.
